Monthly HOA Meeting – February 2020

PUBLIC SESSION

• Board candidates – Each of 4 candidates spoke to why they wish to serve.
• Amenities
  • Tennis
    • 3+4 need resurfacing; Julie getting bids.
  • Windscreen – need new screen, may be able to obtain with surfacing
  • Bathroom doors reported fix last month, but they’re still not working – install slide locks
  • Windscreen promoting Men’s win at ALTA regional – checking with Nate
  • Pool
    • Pool Vendor Meetings – Met with finalists for the last round of discussions.
  • Basketball
    • Graffiti on basketball court difficult to remove
    • Getting bids to move Bball to back tennis court
  • Clubhouse
    • Hunter’s touched up paint in front; need to provide help with clubhouse rentals and checkouts – Alarm issues continue; Updating sound system to make it easier to use
  • Water Meter
    • Difficulty finding someone install the irrigation water meter with the City. Looking at options
  • Landscape
    • Updated the contract
    • Can do a walkthrough with Jason for projects in the next two weeks.
  • Action items
    • Fence painted
    • Roof damage at back pool house to be repaired
    • clubhouse broken window replacement to be delivered.
    • Access systems for new season
      • getting another bid on the system (with online logging) – $3000 for fobs, not ID; doesn’t require internet to function
