• ACC report
  • Front door colors – more requests for out-of-bounds of Pulte color schemes
    • Board agreed with committee recommendation to keep door colors within the accepted Pulte/Brookshire palettes
  • Traffic
    • Discussed options to communicate exit safety issues to city and GDOT
  • Landscaping
    • Front entrance trees removed to improve visibility
    • Post and Chains (with opening in middle with sign) approved for front of side park
    • Pet stations to be installed
    • Bike racks to be delivered

    • 10 is adult social
  • Pools
    • Furniture delivered
    • Pool hose reel to be repaired
    • Rules for signage to be reviewed and edited by Pool Committee

    • Cameras for back and front pools approve ($2,100)
