• Landscape
  • Pool inside cleanup for back pool Klein, J Healey, Mary snow to meet
  • Entrance Landscape lights approved — need to schedule
  • Common areas — 4 wheelers are being a problem; Mike Pons suggested we consider some sort of barrier that works aesthetically but will prevent drive-ons
  • Steve Klein noted that we need to address the Xmas lights as you come in to the right; electrical issues still a problem. Need electrician to come fix.

    • proposing a costco, with 5 variances — next to meridican — restaurant/pad; retail office mixed use; mixed retail
