• Will send email blast to neighbors to see who might be interested, reach out to those who’d asked as well.
• Chat with those interested at Feb 4 meeting.

Front Tennis bathrooms lock issues

• Address with captains
• make both bathrooms unisex

Collections Policy

• Board needs to set a policy for rep to notifiy us when sending balances to collections
• Set baseline amount before sending to collections (which requires US mailing – @$9 cost to us)
