PUBLIC SESSION

• Presentation
  • David Pitts and Mark Lallathin — offer US flag program
    • 6 flag holidays – install 10-foot flag and pool and for 40/yr fee will install/remove 2-3 days before and after
    • Offer 5 free – for the next, 5% collected back to HOA
• Landscape
  • Dog station issues — not being emptied; looking at waste management
  • Finalizing replacement for finials
  • Hole by back drain  – in winter city said was up to code; needs to be fixed
  • Chain at park, stain post to be done Monday
  • Court monument missed power washing
  • WHC common area — needs cleaning
• Social
  • Need new verbiage added
• Tennis
  • Resurface courts 1&2 — under consideration
• Clubhouses
  • Men’s restroom stall doors to be fixed
  • Rental contract  – review swim rules
  • pre-planning for upgrades
  • Parking resurfacing needs to be redone — not done well
• Pool
  • Pools Company – United
    • Front pool pumps having issues, united investigating root cause. Worst case: replace and combine 3 into 1.
• Amenity Areas
  • Park area trash overflowing – working with WM and Roots to improve pickup rates.
