Public Comment

• Q: Do we put out grounds and other contracts out to bid.
  • A: We try to get about 3 or more bids and go through examination and voting to (eg. 3 quotes for lights, and for fixtures)
  • NOTE: Landscapers throwing some cuttings in woods (shouldn’t be doing that); let us know.
• Q: Walnut hall cul-de-sac too many cars and lots of kids playing
  • A: Have WPD check more on speeds.
• Q: Can we install Dog poop posts

  • We didn’t get enough advertising in the past year, so the printer wanted to cancel 2016 – Tara Healey talked them to keep us on for the next few months (option A — ramp up advertising, option B — if adverts doesn’t’ pay, we pay the difference).
